I landed on this page by googling mapserver+roi, honestly, and was simply interested in knowing how such a basic mouse-dragging ROI selector might be implemented on a typical apache/php/gd/mapserv.cgi/mysql platform without resorting to an applet.

Is this feature implemented in Dispro? If so, can you tell me how it is implemented?
